On Thursday 29th May the Junior and Senior Infant classes headed off to the Old Rectory in Croom for their school tour. They had a great day jam packed with fun activities. Free Range Kids is camp giving children a chance to enjoy all elements of the countryside in a safe and secure environment. Key activities included traditional games like a treasure hunt, bread and cookie making, tie dying, pet farm experience (ducklings, calves, a donkey etc), ‘Egg Drop’- (probably the most popular game where the kids use up all sorts of bits of paper, cardboard, etc. to wrap up an egg and see if it ‘survives’ the Big Drop!) Everyone had a wonderful day and the weather was beautiful.
