Lisnagry was in festive mood on Thursday last when our past pupil Tom Morrissey, captain of the U-21 hurlers returned triumphant with the Munster and All-Ireland cups in celebration of Limerick’s marvellous All-Ireland success.
A loud cheer greeted Tom, when he held the Cups aloft on entering the halla. Tom spoke to all the pupils and answered all their questions.He signed autographs and chatted about his time playing on the school team in Lisnagry. He told all the boys and girls that if they keep practicing there is nothing to stop them playing  for Limerick in the future also. We are so proud of Tom who is an inspiration to all in the school.
