Congratulations to our 5th class girls on winning the Cumann na mbunscol  East Limerick Indoor camogie final. The girls have trained very hard since before Christmas and defeated five  schools on their journey to the final. In Round 1 they defeated Nicker, Caherconlish and Roxboro N.S after extra time  while in Round 2 they had to work very hard to overcome Crecora  N.S and Tineteriffe N.S to reach the final.The girls played Killinure N.S  in the final. After going behind early in the match, the girls battled back bravely to win by 6 goals to 2. They were deserving winners  and their determination and never say die atitude was to the fore in all their matches. We are very proud of their efforts. The girls progress now to the County indoor camogie final later this month.A big thank you must go to Mrs McInerney for all the training and for the parents who drove to matches.
